Cleartech Consulting Ltd. is a wholly BC owned and operated company specializing in the planning and design of Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3 on-site septic treatment and disposal systems. Cleartech provides septic planning and consulting services to all areas of British Columbia, focusing on Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, the Cariboo/B.C. Interior, and the Okanagan.

Cleartech Consulting Ltd. has many years of experience in septic site assessment, system planning and design, regulatory approval, rural land development, subdivision and septic project management in British Columbia and Alberta.

We are certified by the ASTTBC On-Site Wastewater Registration Board and employ both ROWP Planners (BC) for Type 1 and Type 2 systems, and Professional Engineers (BC and AB) for Type 3, large flow, and/or high strength systems.
